  TL VENT FASAD V / TL VENT FASAD V SH  

TL VENT FASAD V and TL VENT FASAD V SH are used for thermal insulation in façade insulation systems with ventilated air cavity in case of two-layer insulation. TL VENTFASAD V SH panels are additionally backed with windproof glass-fibre wrapping material.

The key feature of walls in such structures is necessity of creation of air cavity between thermal insulation material and facing layer to prevent moisture accumulation in the thermal insulation layer. 

Suspended ventilated façade is the façade technology, a system consisting of facing material mounted on a frame to the bearing wall layer or the solid floor. In the cavity between facing and thermal insulation layer, covered with a house wrap or glass-fibre wrapping material, freely circulating air removes possible condensate and moisture.

VENTILATED FAÇADE SYSTEM

Specific thermal insulation and soundproofing materials shall be used for different façade structures, which choice shall be defined by the characteristics and values of operation loads affecting thermal insulation and soundproofing layers in each particular system.

The most common types of façade thermal insulation and soundproofing are:
- lightweight or heavy plaster façade systems;
- façade insulation systems with ventilated air cavity.
